Dearest Abba, Father, I love You, God. You are the solid ground under my feet. You are my High Tower where I run for my dear life and You protect and save me from all my enemies. When I cry, You hear me. My cry brings me right into Your presence. I am always granted private audience with You, when I am in distress and call upon You. Yahweh – Adonai, You made my life complete, when I placed all the pieces of my messed up life before You. I bless Your awesome name, because You are giving me a fresh start. You arm me with strength and wisdom to face all the situations I encounter. Help me, Father. Give me strength to make this leap. Be with me, Abba, along this difficult journey. When the obstacles seem insurmountable, fill me with Your hope and peace and persistence. When I begin to doubt, fill me with faith in You. When I lose my way, please be my guide leading me toward the destination You have planned for me here on this earth and in eternity with You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Don’t forsake me to the hands of people

Dearest Abba Father, Merciful Father, I fall down to my knees and am crying to You out of my utter despair and grief. I need You near me and to hear me. I am down in the dumps. I have been shamed by people. Lord, I believe that nothing can reach me unless You allow it. Don’t forsake me to the hands of people. I pour out before You my petitions and my supplications, seeking Your forgiveness, beseeching You to hear my voice and forget me not. Rise and take up my cause. Yahweh, Your name’s sake, show me a sign that I am still special to you so that those who hate me may see it and be ashamed. Bring me to my remembrance all that You have done for me. Help me to remember the old days when You came forth mightily to redeem and help me. I am confident that You can’t always be indifferent to my needs . You will not leave me comfortless. When everybody has forsaken me, You will take me up and You will act on my behalf to wipe away all my reproaches. You will come near me with Your peace to protect my heart and mind. Your peace will hem me in to protect me from all the pressures of everyday life and its disturbances. Abba, answer me, for I have no other father that can help me. Dearest Abba, Father, Thank You for Your enduring love for me. Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet Your unfailing love for me will not be shaken nor Your covenant of peace removed from my life. Your compassion on me never diminishes, for You know that I am nothing but dust. Thank You for grafting me onto Jesus Christ, who is the true vine. Help me to remain in Him so that I may be fruitful in everything I endeavor to do. I will never amount to anything unless I abide in Christ Jesus. Increase my faith in You and in Your power to bring to fruition of things that You have begun in me. Please add to my faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance so that I may cast myself on You always waiting for Your quickening power to work in me .When my flesh and my heart become weary in waiting for Your mercy to fall on me, O Lord, be the strength of my heart. I expectantly hope in You because You are my portion forever. Renew my inward being and revive my fragile faith. Help me remember Your grace and love you showed in my life in the past so that I may look forward with greater faith and hope. I trust that You desire to guide me and lead me never leaving me to the counsel of my stupidities and vices. Give me a compliant heart. Give me the wisdom to patiently wait on You. Refresh me with a new anointing of Your Holy Spirit. Help me live not in my flesh, but supernaturally in the fullness and freshness of Your Spirit. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Dearest Abba, Father, Thank you God for giving up Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ , for redeeming my life from eternal death and for removing the curse of sin from my life. Thank You, Jesus, for sacrificing Your spotless and pristine life for a wretched person like me. Thank you for your sacrifice, which saved me. Thank you for your sustaining presence in my life. Dearest Abba, Father, please help me find my strength in You. When I am faced with mountains that I cannot climb, please carry me in Your wings. I need to know that You are with me. Nothing else can calm my frazzled nerves. I long to feel Your presence not just today, but every day. When I am weak and anxious and agitated and when I am struggling , I need to know that You, my Father God, are with me. I do not pretend to know Your ways. However, I believe that this day is created by You and I choose to be glad in it and I will expectantly watch this day unravel before me to reveal Your mighty strength and providence. Help me experience Your very tangible presence in all aspects of my life today. I crave and pine for Your touch on me. Give me the courage to face the battles that You are purposed in my life today. Abba, please don’t leave me alone today. I desperately need Your help to tough it out today. At the end of the day, give me the privilege to praise Your faithfulness in my life. Dearest Abba, Father, I thank You that Your grace is sufficient for me, for Your power is made perfect in my weakness. You are my strong tower when I am buffeted and battered by various situations. You hide me under Your wings when the sun is scorching and at my bad times. When I come knocking at Your door, You never turn me away. But You take me in and help me relax in Your presence. I shamelessly confess my utter dependence on You even for my mere existence let alone for things of importance and meaning. Strengthen me with Your Holy Spirit and Your grace. Dearest Abba, Father, it’s so gloriously comforting that Jesus Christ Himself is praying to You on our behalf and You cannot deny Him. Yahweh, guard us, Your children, whom You have chosen in Jesus Christ. Clothe us with the fullness of joy that Jesus Christ finds in You. Abba, we have the privilege to bow before You and say our petitions before You on the account of the precious blood Jesus Christ shed on the cross. We understand this full well that we are very precious to You because of Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. You cherish us dearly and look upon us favorably. Help the eyes of our hearts to constantly fix on the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ endured so that we may never take our salvation lightly. Help us to live our lives in the joyous anticipation of Jesus’ imminent return. Help us to prepare ourselves through the washing of Your living Word. Dearest Abba, Father, Your voice thunders in marvelous ways; You do great things beyond my understanding.Holy, Righteous, and Eternal God, You alone are truly and fully holy. I cannot comprehend the whole gamut of your ways. Help me to see myself as you see me, not as what I perceive about myself. I don’t see myself as not more than a heap of dead bones. However, You see beyond my stagnant and cadaverous situations. Give me your eyes so that I may see my verdant future through Your eyes and my hope is rekindled again. You alone are my hope and anchor for my life, firm and secure. I turn over the dead situations in my life over to You, Father. I can’t do anything about them by worrying about them. However, I believe You are powerful enough to breathe a new life into my dead situations and revive them. May I find peace in Your love that is so consuming for me that You only have my best interests in Your mind. In whatever I am facing, help me to embrace the power of Your truth that “nothing is impossible with God.” You are worthy of my entire life and all of my devotion. Dearest Abba, Father, I praise You, Father of my Lord Jesus Christ,the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts me in all my troubles. In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation. You make Your face to shine upon me and are gracious to me. In the past You have delivered me from great and deadly perils. I believe, You are still able and faithful to deliver me out of all my troubles. I believe that You will turn my mourning into gladness. You will give me comfort and joy instead of sorrow. Help me be still when I feel frazzled and remember You are God. On You, Yahweh, I have set my hope that You will continue to be my salvation. Father,my eyes are ever on You, for only You will release my feet from the snare. Dearest Abba, Father, thank You for loving me with Your everlasting love. Thank you for drawing me toward You with Your unfailing kindness. I want to know You and taste You and to see that You are good. I want to rely only on the love You have for me and to live in the security Your love provides. Abba, You know the pressures I endure each day. You know my inadequacy in handling them. Thank You that You know all that I am going through and You see my heart crumbling and paining inside. I hunger to hear from You. I want to feel Your touch on me. When my heart is churning inside with anxiety, let Your consolation bring joy to my soul. Let the cleansing rain of Your grace fall on me and wash away all my hurt and pain. I find solace in this fact that You have seen me when I was formless and all my days were written in Your book and planned before a single one of them began. Dearest Abba, Father, You are eternally mighty, my Master. You are the Creator of heavens, the earth and everything in it. By Your powerful Word You created them and You sustain them by Your Word. Dearest Abba, Father, I thank You that Your thoughts are not my thoughts, neither are Your ways my ways. Your thoughts about me are filled with love. You have seen the end from the beginning. Many times, circumstances I encounter do not make sense to me. But one thing I believe- nothing comes before me which is not allowed by You and that You are molding me into the person You want me to be through it all. Heal my hurts and give me hope as I learn to trust the plans You have for me. I’m coming to You and seeking You with all my heart today. Please set me free from my doubts and lead me into a place of confident hope. Give me Your perspective to process things I face. Please help me take my thoughts captive, and focus on things that are pleasing to You. Please give me the desire to honor You and abide by Your Word in any area of my thoughts I am struggling to do so. Help me not to dishonor You by fearing about my future because You have already promised me that You know the plans You have for me; Plans to give me a future and a hope and to prosper me spiritually, physically, and materially. Dearest Abba, Father, thank You for Your tender and patient love toward me. You are ever so loving toward me in spite of my often recalcitrant and stubborn ways. Help me to trust in you fully. Help me to submit my all at your feet and draw near to You ever so close. Help me to submit my dreams, aspirations, desires, plans, and goals into your loving hands. help me to trust in You to send the answers I need. Help me to take my eyes off my circumstances and focus solely on You. Hear my prayer, O Father God; Give ear to the words of my mouth. I pray to you, LORD, in the time of your favor; in your great love, Abba, answer me with your sure salvation. Help me to fall in love You with ever so intensely. Grant me soundness of body and mind so that I may excel at my work place responsibilities. Remind me again today how much loved I am by You. Let me experience Your sweet and everlasting love by which You have loved me. Draw me toward You with Your loving-kindness. Build me up again so that I will be rebuilt. Dearest Abba, Father, thank You that in Christ I’m accepted, secure and significant. Times are hard and I need You. I place my trust in You. Even when there seems to be the earth imploding under me, I want to find my happiness in You. I want all my confidence to be based on You, Lord God. I will never amount to anything if You are not with me. I count on Your promise that You will never leave me nor forsake me. Let Your strong grace be my fortress today. You alone are my strong tower. I confess my utter dependence on You. I totally need you to be with me every moment of my life. Manifest Your power in me today all over again. I eagerly wait for the multitudes of Your tender mercies to wash over me. Be my hope, my peace and my strength. Help me to have that attitude which was also in Jesus Christ. Dearest Abba, Father, I gloriously rejoice in Your perfect sovereignty. I exalt You as the Supreme Controller of all things everywhere – and of all aspects of my life. Thank You for the peace You give me as I trust in Your wise control over all that happened in my past including all the unfaithfulness and all my vain efforts. I believe that You ordained all of them. I may not understand Your ways. However, I know this full well that I am Your treasure and I am living out a greater purpose that You have ordained for me. Father God, forgive me for questioning Your instructions. I want to experience the joy of obeying You so that I may enjoy the thrill of the abundant catch You have prepared for me. Help me to obey You when it makes no sense to my limited human wisdom.I look back at where I have come, and I am forced to acknowledge that without a faithful God, I would have never gotten this far. I believe that You are still faithful to bless me exceedingly abundantly above all that I ask or think. You are leading me always, where You want to take me. The delay and detours on this journey is caused by my lack of faith and unbelief. Help me to trust You completely so that Your work in me may be fulfilled. Help me to learn what You are trying to teach me so that I may reach the next level You have planned for me. I don’t always listen and obey. It’s like one step forward and two steps back. Abba, help me to get out of this vicious cycle. Now, Lord, increase my thirst to seek You and know You more. Let the waters of Your love wash over me. And change my life as a result. Boaz is a type of Jesus Christ.In the story of Ruth, Naomi acknowledges Boaz’s quality of promptness of action, when he had once taken in hand the cause of the needy.Naomi who was a relative of Boaz knew from her experience of old that he was a man of his word, who would assiduously complete what he had undertaken to perform.This is very true of Jesus Christ too. When we have fully yielded ourselves to Him and presented to Him our concerns and cares, we can indeed taste the joys of His rest, because our faithful Lord Jesus Christ will see to it that we are not ashamed and forsaken.we can confidently declare this —” we know whom we have believed, and are persuaded that He is able to keep that which we have committed unto Him”.

Dearest Abba, Father, You are merciful beyond measure. Out of Your inexplicable mercy and inestimable grace, You remember how feeble I am and how easily I begin to doubt You. You choose to forgive me my sin of fearing the circumstances even when You have told me not to fear. My faithful Father, free me of all my fears to trust in You fully and with a whole heart. Be patient with my doubts and lead me in Your way. Let not my doubts stop Your Holy Spirit to work His awesome creative and renewing power in my dilapidated life. I choose now to believe and submit myself under Your Holy Spirit’s authority. In the beginning when Your Holy Spirit overshadowed over the chaos of an empty and dark earth, a new earth brimming with life resulted. And when He overshadowed Mary, the Savior of the universe was conceived. Father God, Your Holy Spirit has the power to transform me and make something worthwhile out of my messed up life. I am not going to wait until this difficult thing called life gets easier. Abba, Father, I thank thee right here right now. I am thanking you because You have helped me to see yet another sunrise. I am thanking you because You are still on the throne and fully in control of my life. I am thanking you because You still love me no matter what. I am thanking you because You will give me abilities and the opportunities to do better. I am thanking you because Abba, Father, you haven’t given up on me nor will You ever leave me or forsake me. Our Father in Heaven, let your holy name be known, let your kingdom come, and your will be done, on earth as in heaven.
