Make me worthy to be called as Your child.

Verse of the Day

All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God.– 1 John 4:15 (NLT)

Prayer

Our Dearest Father in heaven, thank You for filling me with Your peace and joy. Have Your way in my heart and remove anything that displeases You. Help me to clearly hear Your voice so I can walk in all of Your ways. Abba Father, what a great gift it is to be able to glorify You and enjoy You. Thank You for allowing us to participate in such marvelous activities. Gracious Lord, I pray that I may not only be known to those who are my own, but may I consider all mankind. May those who need me find me through my gentleness, and may they be assured by quiet confidence and faith. Open our eyes to new understanding. Form our hearts and transform our lives, so that we might glorify and enjoy you in all we do, including our work. Lord, forgive me for speaking carelessly about others to make myself look better. Help me to think before I speak and show a Christ-like love to all that I talk to. Teach me to be loving in my words.

Gracious Father, You are my Wonderful Counselor. I submit all my ways to You. I trust that You have a good plan for me. Thank You for giving me wisdom and direction in every area of my life. Abba Father, may this be a day of usefulness. Make me sure of myself, that I may not spend my days in questioning, but accept with gratefulness Your  love and tender care. Make me worthy to be called as Your child. To you be all the glory, indeed! Amen.

Bible Promise of the Day

I will train you for battle with My shield of salvation. God Promises that He will train us for spiritual war

He teaches my hands to make war, So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great. (Psalm 18:34-35)

Prayer Quote of the day

All my life I have risen regularly at four o’clock and have gone into the woods and talked to God. There He gives me my orders for the day.
