Verse of the Day
May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.- 2 Thessalonians 3:5 (NLT)
Dearest Loving Father in heaven, thank You for delivering me and setting me free. Thank you Lord for listening when I cannot find the words to say, when my grief is unutterable or when my joy is unspeakable. Thank you for hearing my sighing and groaning, and even for helping me to pray when I cannot find words to offer to you.
Gracious Father, today I call on You—the Great I Am. I surrender myself to You—spirit, soul and body. I ask that You direct my steps and supply every one of my needs as I move forward in obedience to Your Word. I will proclaim Your goodness. I will declare Your promises. I will declare Your favor so that I can live the good life You have prepared for me.
Lord. Make me ready to serve and to give. Teach me to think less of myself and more of others. Lord, make all things new. Usher in a new age; an age of love and caring, an age of compassion and equality. Gracious God, how wonderful it is to know that you care for the weak and powerless. It’s not just wonderful, but also instructive. Your priorities teach us to seek justice for orphans, the oppressed, and others who are powerless. Thank You for granting me Your strength
Father, I thank You for Your Word which is life to my spirit. I receive Your strength today and choose to speak to the mountains so I can move forward in the victory You have in store for me. In times of fear, dread, and sorrow, shine Your light of love upon me, God. Help me to remember that I have life everlasting, and nothing that occurs now can keep me from it. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
Bible Promise of the Day
You will not lack anything that is needed. God promises no lack of good things for those who fear Him
Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! there is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.” Psalms 34:9-10
Prayer Quote of the day
We impoverish God in our minds when we say there must be answers to our prayers on the material plane; the biggest answers to our prayers are in the realm of the unseen.
