Thank you, dear Lord, for being with me always

Verse of the Day

But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!– John 15:7 (NLT)

Prayer

Dearest Loving Father, thank You for Your hand of victory in my life. Give me the wisdom and courage I need to walk away from strife so I can focus on the destiny You have prepared for me. Abba Father, today I choose to put an end to worry in my life. I choose to feed my faith by studying Your promises and declaring Your Word over my life. Help me to totally trust in You today and every day.

Lord, I am sorry for focusing my attention on all sorts of worldly things other than You. When life isn’t going as I wish, I can become preoccupied with my frustrations and fears. Lord, the more I keep you in focus, the more I am empowered to work faithfully, to love generously, and to lead wisely. Knowing that you are with me gives me confidence to live boldly for you and your kingdom. Thank you, dear Lord, for being with me always. And thank you for helping me to attend to your presence.

Help my family to be a caring and loving family that is willing to show hospitality to the needy, hurting, lonely and sick people that our lives touch today. We thank You for the many blessings that You have given us. Make us willing to help others that are in need out of all that You have given to us. Help our family today to make every moment a time when we are investing our treasure in heavenly projects. Help us to realize that where our heart is that that is where our treasure is. May Your Holy Spirit move mightily in our hearts so that we will honor and glorify Your name. I love You and bless You today and always. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen

Bible Promise of the Day

If two of you agree in prayer, I will do whatever you ask. God promises His presence and favor

Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:19-20)

Prayer Quote of the day

Persistence in prayer for someone whom we don’t like, however much it goes against the grain to begin with, brings about a remarkable change in attitude.
