Verse of the Day
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace.– Colossians 3:15a (NLT)
Prayer
Dearest Abba Father, I humbly come to You giving You every area of my mind, will and emotions. I submit my desires to You knowing that Your ways are higher. Thank You for leading me and causing me to rise up to the next level in every area of life. Lord, thank You for ordering my steps. Thank You for planning good things for me. Help me to discern the things I should ignore. Help me to avoid distractions as I focus my heart and mind on You today
Lord, I pause to honor You for all that You have bestowed upon me and my family. Thank you for sending Your Son to die and pay the penalty for my sins. Thank you for giving me wealth, talents and time so I can honor You. Give me a new vision so that I can do what You call me to do to honor Your name.
Lord Jesus, you are the Son of God. You are the divine king, hailed as Son of God in your royal majesty. I bow before you today, acknowledging your authority. Yet you are the Son of God, not only as the divine king but also as the one who is God in human flesh. Jesus, you are the Son, the one and only, the one who makes the Father known to us. May your authority grow upon the earth, Lord. May your peace embrace the globe, filling it with your justice and righteousness! Thank You Lord for keeping my eyes and heart focused on You. Keep me from being a spiritual calamity. Bless my family and help us together to be shining lights for You in a world loaded with calamities. All praise be to you, Lord Jesus, Son of God! May heaven and earth worship you today – including me. Maranatha! Our Lord, come! Hallelujah! Amen.
