Father, thank you for loving us more than we can fully grasp

Verse of the Day

I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces. Psalms 34:4-5 (NLT)

Prayer

Dearest Abba Yahweh, thank You for choosing to make Your home in me. Thank You for filling me with Your peace and joy. I bless You today, knowing that You will never leave me nor forsake me. Lord, thank You for loving me today and for always being with me. Help me to understand Your love more so that I may know You better. Let Your love flow through me so that others may see Your goodness and come to know You as their Father also. Lord, forgive me for my incessant worrying. Today I seek You and bring You all my fears. Take them and help me to trust in You.

Father, thank you for loving us more than we can fully grasp. Thank you for revealing your love through Christ, through his death for us on the cross. Thank you for inviting us to receive and live in your love. Thank you for transforming us and our relationships as we experience your love for us in Christ. Help my family to be willing to forgive so that we can avoid the pain and danger of bitterness in our lives. Help us never to be satisfied for less than Your best for our lives. Help us to be willing to put our lives in Your hands knowing You will lead us in the right path and keep us from sinning. Help us, Lord, to make your love the foundation of our family life. By your grace, may we learn to imitate you by living in love for our spouses, children, parents, siblings, cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. Help us, as brothers and sisters in Christ, to share your love within the family of God. May our relationships, including those in our individual families, be shaped by our life together in your family.

Lord, thank You again for Your unfailing love for me. Help me to really understand it so I will anticipate Your loving reaction to me and live accordingly. In the marvelous name of our savior and Lord Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen

Bible Promise of the Day

When you leave your body, you will be at home in My presence. God Promises He Will Bring Us Home Upon Death

We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. – (2nd Corinthians 5:8)

Prayer Quote of the day

It is only when the whole heart is gripped with the passion of prayer that the life-giving fire descends, for none but the earnest man gets access to the ear of God.
