Verse of the Day
But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.– 1 Corinthians 15:57 (NLT)
Gracious God, I come humbly before You today. Father, I choose to trust that You are working things out for my good. I choose to stand in faith, believing that my breakthrough is coming. Give me Your strength and peace as I patiently wait on You
Abba Father, thank You for sending Your Son to this earth to pay the penalty for my sins. Thank You for now preparing a place for me to spend eternity with You. Thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit to be my comforter in all that I do. May my family do all we can to make promises to honor You and then to keep promises so that others will see our word is trustworthy.
Heavenly Father, I would love to live my whole life for the praise of your glory. I realize that I will never achieve this ideal in this life. But, still, I want to learn to live for your glory in all things, including my work. Help me, Lord, to discover anew the joy of working for you and your glory. No matter what I’m doing, may I offer it to you as worship. Be glorified in me, Lord, in everything. cannot believe the things I see and hear in the world today. Everything is so crazy. Be the source of sanity in this mixed-up world, Lord. Set my feet upon the solid rock of Your salvation.
Loving Lord, may we live in the consciousness of the wonderful fact that You are “Our Portion” forever. Amen.
Bible Promise of the Day
I have called you to inherit My blessing. God Promises that we will inherit His blessings –
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing (1st Peter 3:9)
Prayer Quote of the day
When the saint ceases to seek after holiness, purity, righteousness, truth; when he ceases to pray, stops reading the Word and gives way to carnal appetites, then it is that Satan comes.
