I praise You for all that You have done for me

Verse of the Day

Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone-especially to those in the family of faith.– Galatians 6:10 (NLT)

Prayer

Thank You Lord, that You are my Savior and that Your love for me will never change because You are the same yesterday, today and forever. Thank You for the assurance I have that You are sitting at the right hand of God right now hearing my prayer and making intercession for me with God the Father. Make this same assurance a reality in the lives of my children. Truly You are an awesome God and I praise You for all that You have done for me. Thank you for Your love, Your direction, Your protection, Your leading and Your blessing to both me and my family. May I never forget how awesome You are and may I always be thankful for Your great love and awesome leading in my life.

Eternal God, may our lives be built, not on the shifting sand of faddishness, but rather on the solid rock of your truth. May this be true, Lord, when it comes to our understanding and practice of work. Teach us how to think about our work. Help us see work from your perspective. May what we do in our work, how we do it, and why we do it honor you. Though things don’t always go the way I would like, Lord, help me to accept all that happens with grace and peace.

Shine the light of Your truth into my life, and help me to see that there is no solution too large for Your love to handle. Reassure me in times of doubt, O Lord. Use my talents to do Your will, Lord, not my own. Remind me that I am doing Your work with You, not my own work for You. Bless all my endeavors in Your name. Through the grace of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.

Bible Promise of the Day

Before you even call out to Me, I will answer you. God promises that He will know our needs.

It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear. (Isaiah 65:24)

Prayer Quote of the day

Prayer continues in the desire of the heart, though the understanding be employed on outward things.
