Help me to trust you and to choose what is right

Verse of the Day

Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!– Romans 11:33 (NLT)

Prayer

Abba Father I humbly come before You giving You all that I am. I turn my hearts toward you in gratitude and humility. I surrender every area of my life to You and invite You to have Your way in my heart. Empower me with Your love as I daily set my focus on You Only O Lord.

Lord, show me the wonders of Your creation. Let me take nothing for granted. Indeed, Lord, make all things new in my eyes. Lord, make me an obedient child and a willing follower. Break my willful nature, and help me to see the wisdom of Your ways. Lord, thank You for the transformation power in Your Word! Thank You for giving me hope for my future. I choose to trust You, I choose to believe Your word, and I choose to declare Your truth and watch victory unfold. Forgive me, Lord, when I have failed to be faithful because of fear. By your mercy, help me to trust you and to choose what is right, no matter what.

Gracious Father, thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus, to redeem me and restore me. Thank you for giving us more than we need to flourish in our life. Thank you for choosing to collaborate with us. I know in my own strength I cannot resist the devil so I ask You to give me insight to recognize evil and the strength to resist the devil’s evil temptations. Help me to submit to Your will in my life and draw closer to You in my times of weakness. Thank You for making me new and covering me so that I can stand strong against temptation. Today, I submit every area of my life to You and invite You to have Your way in me. I pray in Your Son’s precious name. Amen

Prayer Quote of the day

A man can pray better because of the prayers of the past; a man can live holier because of the prayers of the past; the man of many and acceptable prayers has done the truest and greatest service to the incoming generation.
