Fill me with Your confidence and assurance

Verse of the Day

Blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.– Luke 7:23

Prayer

Dearest Abba Father, thank You for Your favor, grace and victory in my life. I choose to trust You. I choose to follow Your leading. I choose to be faithful to You because You are faithful to me. I love You and bless You Lord. Abba Father, thank You for taking me to new levels today. I know You have equipped me with a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. Fill me with Your confidence and assurance to embrace everything You have for me today.

Lord, thank You for the clear standards that You have given me to live by each day. Help my ways to be Your ways and not what seems to be right in the eyes of others. Give me the courage to take a stand against immorality even if I must stand alone. Lord, we acknowledge that You are the ruler and owner of this universe. It is easy to bow down before a ruler of such love and grace, Lord. In every age, You have ruled fairly. I pray for all those who do not know Your greatness and Your goodness. Break through with Your light into their lives.

Lord Jesus Christ, I am grateful for the great risk you take in allowing us to speak and act in your name. Lord, You have set aside your privilege and taken the risk of giving us the keys to your kingdom. You have put at risk the name that is above every other name with the likes of us. Lord help us to walk worthy of the name by which we are called. Let us not take your name in vain by our words or by our deeds. May we stand before you on that final day and bring glory to your name. To you who is able to keep us from falling, and to make us stand without blemish in the presence of your glory with rejoicing. Through you, Lord Jesus Christ, be glory, majesty, power, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Bible Promise of the Day

We are promised the Holy Spirit.

“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” Luke 11:13, NKJV

Prayer Quote of the day

What can be more excellent than prayer; what is more profitable to our life; what sweeter to our souls; what more sublime, in the course of our whole life, than the practice of prayer!
