Give me Your peace today.

Verse of the Day

“When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.”  Psalms 94:19 (NIV)

Prayer

Dearest Abba Yahweh, I thank You that I can cast all my cares on You. Lord, today I open my heart and mind to You. I thank You that You care for me and that You are able to keep me in perfect peace. Take my situation; I trust You with it. I choose to take my focus off my worries and fears and put it on You and Your love. I declare that a supernatural shift is coming my way. I receive Your Word, I receive Your truth, and I receive the increase You have in store for me. I declare by faith that I am coming into new levels of favor. Thank You for Your goodness and for leading me in the path of blessing You have prepared for me. Give me Your peace today.

Lord, you know how easy it is for me to be deceived. You know how easily I deceive myself. Please help me today. Keep me from lying to myself and others. Help me discern the truth and then live it out in my life. Help me today to face every situation with an attitude of victory. Help me not to be overwhelmed or even overcome by situations that I may face. May I learn from the disciples as they faced Jesus after His crucifixion to face every moment of every day with confidence and victory in You. You give so many good things, Lord. Help me to see past the things that are wrong in my life and see all the things that are so right. Thank You for all the blessings You have given me.

Abba Father, thank you for the fact that your steadfast love for us never ceases. Thank you for the fact that your mercies never come to an end and are new every morning. Indeed, great is your faithfulness O Lord. Help me to be to consider the interests of others before my own. May I speak up for those whose voices might not be heard. May I offer myself as a servant in the mode of Jesus. All praise be to you, gracious, faithful God! I pray in Your Son’s precious name. Amen

Bible Promise of the Day

I will give you a garment of praise in exchange for your spirit of heaviness. God Promises He Will Restore the Nation of Israel

To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. – (Isaiah 61:3)

Prayer Quote of the day

You can do more than pray after you have prayed, but you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed. Pray often, for prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God, and a scourge to Satan.
